Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends nor holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Shipping
We ship world-wide.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and ETA for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Any customs and/or taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Please save all packaging materials and supply photos of damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Unless specific provisions apply, we only offer returns on items when:
It has been damaged or lost during transit.
You have notified us within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
Your item has not been used and is in the same condition that you received it.
You have your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns Shipping
Unless specific shipping terms & conditions apply and are explicitly stated, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
