Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends nor holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 


International Shipping

We ship world-wide.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and ETA for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Any customs and/or taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 


Damages

Please save all packaging materials and supply photos of damaged goods before filing a claim. 


Returns

Unless specific provisions apply, we only offer returns on items when:

  • It has been damaged or lost during transit.

  • You have notified us within 7 calendar days of receiving it.

  • Your item has not been used and is in the same condition that you received it.

  • You have your receipt or proof of purchase.


Returns Shipping

Unless specific shipping terms & conditions apply and are explicitly stated, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
